Maybe there's no limit to the mighty power of Punxsutawney Phil, the well-known woodchuck famous for predicting the arrival of spring. Though it hasn't been proven that Phil has any control over global climate change, the furry forecaster did command a crowd of 18,000 people last Thursday as he saw his own shadow and called for six more weeks of winter during the 126th annual Groundhog Day festivities in Punxsutawney, Penn.
